This spacious home has marble and air conditioning throughout. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, this four level home, including the roof top terrace, offers plenty of space and privacy for groups of 11. It is an ideal home for families with children or adults looking for a true vacation. As you walk into the foyer there is a beautiful marble staircase and three master bedrooms. Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom and two of the master bedrooms have their own large terraces. The lower level has a family room with a 42” plasma TV with a DVD, CD and Ipod docking station; two bedrooms; sliding glass doors to a small, child-friendly yard; a mini bar and a ping-pong table. We also make available a crib and high chair for small children. On the third level there is a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, surrounded by a comfortable, beautifully appointed living room with its own TV and entertainment system, a dining room and a lounging area.

Within walking distance is a tropical bird aviary, cenotes, tennis courts, Mayan ruins and an 18-hole championship golf course.
